Deb has been a real estate professional for over 25 years, serving sellers and buyers throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In addition to her real estate career, she has been a project manager, customer service manager, and paralegal in family/estate law and real estate law offices.

Tony Costa, REALTOR®

Salesperson
Tony has been in sales and customer service for over 40 years in many business-to-business and consumer markets. He worked for a real estate law firm running titles and recording documents at many Registries of Deeds in Massachusetts. In 2021, Tony obtained his Real Estate license after assisting Deb with her transactions for over five years.
Tony focuses much of his time continuing his real estate education with courses such as Title V in Massachusetts, financing options, and several others. He wants to maintain his license and further his expertise in real estate practices and trends. Such as:

Whether you are selling or buying, we will help you every step of the way. Feel free to let us know if you need help packing or arranging details with vendors, suppliers, utilities, fire departments, etc.

Often, we will provide a home warranty at no cost to our clients or help with costs associated with repairs, inspections, etc. Your bottom line is important to us, and it is why over 95% of our business is from past clients and referrals. We pass our advertising savings along to you.

When you hire On the Move Real Estate as your buyer agency, we provide many services that can help you from starting the search for property through closing of escrow and beyond. Often we will help our clients with financial assistance for inspections, repairs, and other items that can add up unexpectedly prior to closing. When a need arises, we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis. Achieving your goal of home ownership is our goal as well.

Services & Fees for Sellers

You can sell your home to the best buyer, and we make sure you find the best one. Our fees and services are transparent, focusing on you and your house and including the following:


Percentage of Sale Price: People refer to this as “traditional” brokerage fees, which is a percentage of the sale price. However, each client is unique, so we negotiate all contracts on a one-on-one basis.

Fee for Service: This is an “a-la-carte” menu that works best for sellers who don’t want to entirely do it alone as a sale by the owner. Services are reasonably priced and can vary from client to client, depending on the specific situation.

Consulting Services: Some people want to explore all options and decide the best way to proceed. We are happy to consult sellers, and if we list the property, the consulting fee is credited to the seller. Buyers may consider this option as well.

Flat Fee: Clients may prefer a flat fee option which we can accommodate in certain circumstances.
